Description

Dries quickly to a semi-matt finish that adheres subsequent paint layers very well, and gives excellent coverage with a pure white finish.

Can be applied to almost any surface, whether it be canvas, wood, plastic etc

Will give the surface the perfect “tooth” for most media, including oils, acrylic, gouache, watercolours, pastels and charcoal.
