Van Gogh Black Watercolour Paper Pads offer a dark painting surface and are perfect for use with metallic and interference colours. Each pad contains 12 sheets of 140lb paper bound together with one glued edge.
This ink black surface is ideal for bringing out the shine and shimmer in iridescent, pearlescent, metallic and interference colours and can be used to make truly unique paintings with great impact! Use it not only with metallic watercolours but with inks, gouache and pencil too!
Each sheet has a fine grain and is sized. This paper is lignin free and is made from a high quality cellulose. It is also acid free, which will prevent your work from deteriorating over time.
